Google Cloud Platform (GCP) currently does not allow IP-range based access control from internet. Therefore to connect your Google Cloud Platform Redis MemoryStore instance to Redsmin you will need to boot up a redsmin-proxy either from a Compute engine VM instance or from a Kubernetes engine cluster so it will be able to act as a proxy.
