    You are definitely right but what do you mean by “large value” ? Are we talking about string with a size of ~1000 chars, or string with a size of ~10000 chars ? What is the average string size ? And what would be the best user-interface for displaying them?

    5K average, 32K max for me. I'm normally viewing partially rendered html files or serialized json. The current UI is ok.
